Workshop Charges
We offer a number of workshop options to suit your requirements  

Standard Workshop Service   £35 +VAT first hour then £25 +VAT per hour
Your repair will be carried out within 3 working days. We will contact you if your repair requires additional parts or components or if the repair will take more than one hour. We will not charge more than the £35 first hour charge without your express permission to continue.  

Express Workshop Service  £50 + VAT per hour
Our engineers will commence your repair the same day. We guarantee to return your computer within 1 working day subject to the availability of any parts or components required.

Premier Workshop Service  £65 + VAT per hour
Our engineers will commence your repair while you wait, or can even visit your premises. Please see our ‘Technical Services’ brochure for more details on site visits.  

Macintosh Repair Service    £65 + VAT per hour
Printer Repair Service  £45 + VAT per hour  

System Optimization
It is difficult to keep up the current versions of software or ensure patches are up to date to enhance performance or fix problems. Our optimization service can help make sure your system is running at its maximum and most efficient.  

For a fixed fee depending on platform we will ensure all patches, updates, and fixes are installed and working.   

We will also carry out a comprehensive check on your hardware and make sure it is all in working order with the correct drivers or extensions installed and give you a full report on your system along with any recommendations.
